The Hudson County vaccination site is located at the USS Juneau Center at 110 Hackensack Avenue in Kearny.

The USS Juneau Center is a drive-thru vaccination site which means you must be in a vehicle at all times. For your safety, we cannot accommodate people that are NOT in a vehicle.

Updated 2024-2025 Pfizer COVID vaccines are available for ages 5 and up only. Check back often to see when the updated 2024-2025 Moderna vaccine becomes available.

Childhood Vaccines

These vaccines are essential for preventing serious diseases and promoting public health in the community and are available through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program.

DTaP Vaccine
Protects against Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (whooping cough). These are serious bacterial infections that can cause respiratory issues and other severe complications.
Polio Vaccine
Prevents Polio, a crippling and potentially deadly infectious disease that affects the nervous system, leading to paralysis.
MMR Vaccine
Guards against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. These are highly contagious diseases that can lead to severe complications and long-term health issues.
Hib Vaccine
Protects against Haemophilus influenzae type b, which can cause meningitis, pneumonia, and epiglottitis, particularly in children under 5 years of age.
Hep B Vaccine
Prevents Hepatitis B, a serious liver infection caused by the Hepatitis B virus (HBV) that can become chronic and lead to liver failure, cancer, or cirrhosis.
Varicella Vaccine
Protects against chickenpox, a highly contagious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus. It is characterized by a blister-like rash, itching, tiredness, and fever.
PCV 13 Vaccine
Protects against 13 types of pneumococcal bacteria which cause infections such as pneumonia, meningitis, and bloodstream infections.
Flu Vaccine
Helps protect against influenza, reducing the severity and spread of the virus. Recommended annually for children to adapt to changing virus strains.

COVID-19 Vaccine
Protects against the novel coronavirus, which causes COVID-19. It's crucial for reducing the severity of the illness and the spread of the virus.
Flu Vaccine
Helps protect against influenza, a highly contagious respiratory virus. It is recommended annually to guard against new virus strains.
Mpox Vaccine
Previously known as monkeypox, this vaccine prevents mpox, a rare disease caused by the mpox virus. It's important for reducing the risk of infection and severe outcomes.
